Easy to use, local branch, helpful staff, works well

Good company who car for their customers

M&S Bank are always ready to listen and help their customers. I am impressed by the trouble they take and their care of their credit card holders. If there is a problem they sort it quickly and cheerfully. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

A good credit card with an excellent personal service

M&S are particularly careful about compromised cards and always let you know if there has been some irregular activity. They are very good to talk to on the phone and speak English and are very caring. I am sad that the points are not as good as before but I stay with them because I trust them. Helpful, friendly knowledgeable

My branch in West Moors, Dorset is brilliant! All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They are always ready to help and know me by name. Nothing is too much trouble for them and my FlexPlus account is just what I need. Reviewed on: 10th February 2016
