Basic banking.

Easy to use online site and keep track of payments, interest etc. I would prefer more services to be available such as ‘loan repayment holidays’. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Competitive interest rates

Good interest rates offered and easy to apply. The funds were transferred very quickly too. I feel it’s difficult to make extra payments though rather than just the set up direct debit. Would be easier if there was an option to make additional payments via the website. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
