It’s so refreshing to have a company that understands that people do sometimes need to take out a loan and will make it as easy as they can to set it out so you can see exactly how much you owe. The online app is wonderful not only can you apply for a loan through it you can pay of a loan early , make overpayments change you payment date and so much more. I have used Zopa a few times now and I have never had to talk to a person because I can do everything from my phone. Well done understand that people want connivance. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Why no app ?

It’s 2022 and it’s hard to believe as a lender you don’t have an app that I can use. I wanted to settle my loan but was told the only way to do this is by bank transfer and could not be done over the phone or online. Go look at Zopa and see how far behind you actually are as a lender. Not impressed and will not use again until you make it more user friendly. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
