incompetent, expensive, lazy

When I made a claim my vet had to send my dogs history to then no less than FOUR times before they would pay out less £100 excess less an extra 20% then at renewal wanted to hime premiums to over an extra £10 per month they really should just realise I would renew OVER MY DEAD BODY, angry caps. Unbelievable try Pet Plan no quibble, only went with Agria because they make a contribution to the rescue charity where I got my dog , could recommend them less. Want to swear right now I really do. forget the free month it is a sham/scam

Absolute mislead on the one month’s free insurance, i took it out and then renewed but tried to make a claim and told I didn’t have any cover for the (free!) month, really ! switching to petplan as soon as the current cover is up, bought it because a rescue I have a dog adopted from recommended it because they receive a charitable bonus - never again.
