Disappointing experience

I feel like I’ve had a mixed experience with agria. I was recommended them as being a good insurance company for rabbits. Upon putting a claim through for GI statis I was advised this wasn’t covered as it was an ongoing intestinal issue. This was far from the case and was very disappointing that as a competent insurance provider for rabbits that this wasn’t known. I was never informed about my claim being turned down until I contacted agria direct over the phone. They advised an email had been sent but this was never received. I appealed my claim through my vet and eventually the claim was paid out. But overall it was a very disappointing and stressful experience with poor understanding and communication.
