Relieved puppy owner

We have a new very bouncy show cocker spaniel puppy. But she became unwell, very off it and very snotty, just not happy at all. Spoke to Agria’s help line who advised me to take her to a vets as they did a video call to view lex’s condition. The vets were really good and got her booked in for Rhinoscopy to find out what was causing the issue. It turned out that Lexi had a grass seed lodged right up the top of her nose, impossible to see and it had embedded itself and her nose was all swollen inside and infected. Agria were really good and the vets were able to deal with them directly to process our claim. Can’t thank them enough as it was a very traumatic time as we were all worried for our little girl, they dealt with everything. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
