Great customer service

After loosing my 8 month old kitten very suddenly and having to pay a lot of money to try and save her ( but she cudnt be saved) I wanted to make sure my next cat was insured properly. I had a very helpful young man on the phone who went through everything with me and repeated answers to my questions if I didn’t understand the first time what he said.
