Review of the Agria Pet Insurance, Pet insurance:

Friendly, helpful and efficient company

My dog passed away in December last year and there were some huge vet bills from my vets practice and the vetsnow hospital. The customer support at Agria insurance were not only helpful with advice on the insurance forms that needed to be filled out by the vets and hospital, but also paid up straight away and were very helpful when I had problems with the vets hospital who had forgotten to send off the forms. The staff at Agria also listened to me whilst I had a good blubber down the phone because of what had happened to my dog at the vets during and after her operation. Thank you. I really appreciated it. This helped me to decide to continue with Agria when I adopted my new dog in March. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
