Life Savers

Due to circumstances beyond our control - bank error,whilst building a property- my husband & I fund ourselves in a financial quicksand. We had never had financial concerns previously. We were in despair. The banks complaints dept rang to offer concern ( but no resolution) as they realised my husband was suicidal. We were EXTREMELY fortunate to be directed to Payplan by citizens advice. We were toldtheydo not charge you to manage your debt as they are supportedwith funding by potential creditors. Having contacted Payplan, every second of communication has been polite, rescpectful with no hint of negativity. The shame we felt being in debt was very heavy burden. Payplan, took any such notion away purely with the simplicity and everyday manner in which theydealt with our seemingly unsurmountable problem. AMAZING professional advisors. Clear, efficient, respectful. Do I wish I had no debt - yes. Do I worry about the ebt I have - no. Not for a second. Every year we review our situation to ensure our merhod of repayment is the best option versus bankruptsy or other methods of dealing with debt. I am in awe of this superb organisation. I can truly say, they saved our lives. Remarkably, they havent charged us a penny to be life savers.. Amazing Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
