PayPlan were very good in the beginning with setting me up and taking a lot of time out to configure my IVA. Since, their communication isn’t perfect and it can be confusing as to who I need to speak to regarding certain things. However, for the past year, I have been able to fly through my IVA, whilst making payments, with no issues at all. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
