So kind and helpful

When I first approached PayPlan I was filled with trepidation. I had made a mess of my finances and desperately needed advice. Not only did PayPlan make me feel welcome but they did all they could to help me. I now have a DMP and they have been so kind and helpful with me at every contact I have had with them. Professionalism and kindness

What was for me a very emotional and difficult decision, I contacted Pay Plan for help with my mounting financial problems. I need not have been worried as they made me relaxed with their genuine kindness and understanding, whilst all the time dealing with me in a very clear and professional manner.
