I cried with joy

I tried pay plan on the offchance it might help me, and the staff were so helpful. They made me understand that being in debt is so common and that I really was struggling month to month and that it wasn’t all my fault. They helped me understand that I’m allowed to have things like hair cuts and takeaways here and there. They helped me to create a realistic budget and I’m not panicking about making ends meat. I know how cliche it is, but Payplan genuinely changed my life. I have since managed to move out into a flat share, and a realistic budget. They have also taught me how to be stricter with my money and understand how to look after it! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
