the first step is always the hardest step to take

I needed help. Illness and a long wait for a major operation had meant I couldn't work for 18 months. I was self-employed so no sick pay etc. My mortgage was £2000 a month - I used credit cards to keep my home. Finally, when my total debt was over £130,000 and my illness worsening with the mental worry and fatigue I searched for help. Why did I choose Payplan? the guy I spoke to on the phone gave me enormous reassurance that I would see the light at the end of the tunnel again. That first step was a life-changing moment

6 years ago I was in a desperate place - weighed down by debt and chased by over 30 creditors. I took that FIRST STEP and contacted Payplan - only then did I realise I wasn't alone.
