Very helpful and sympathetic

I had a failed business and really didn’t know where to go. PayPlan was understanding, respectful and most importantly, non-judgemental. The process over the phone, by text and email was straight forward from the outset. Follow up reviews by PayPlan are fair and realistic. I feel as though I have some control back over my finances.
