Would not enroll me

I have tried twice to enroll on-line, once after the Talk-Talk fiasco. however, I am always told that this is not possible. the possible reasons given for refusing me are all nonsense. The company does not seem interested in providing the service it claims to offer Reviewed on: 20th June 2016
