Reassuring from the first contact

In a tricky situation, with a chunk of debt that simply wasn’t reducing, and no apparent solution to a increasingly stressful situation. Contacted PayPlan, honestly with little hope of them being able to help. WRONG! - they were unbelievably helpful, reassuring, calm and very knowledgable with regards how they could help me. Three years later, huge progress and a huge dent taken out of my debt already. PayPlan are with you every step of the way too, and not just at set up. Literally life savers.
