Service has improved vastly

Initially dealing with PayPal. I felt the staff I spoke with had no understanding of mental health, PTSD, depression and anxiety. Nor did they really take into account the persons circumstances. I found staff judged me, But over the years, things have changed all in a positive direction. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
