Amazing Customer Service

Highly recommend PayPlan. Their customer service is second to none. My case worker (not sure that’s the correct term) is extremely compassionate and understanding. No matter the situation you are in they are always there to offer you the best advise and support you through your financial troubles. Initially taking the step to contact PayPlan was hard and shameful. But I so relieved I did. Anyone who is reading this - if you’re in financial difficulty, whatever your situation, please don’t question what you’ll be presented with when you call. Everyone is so kind and caring. As someone who suffers badly with mental health issues, I was riddled with anxiety for months trying to pluck up the courage. I’m so glad that I finally did.
