Wonderful Company

Payplan have been wonderful with me from the first time I contacted them. Their staff understood my situation and didn’t make me feel bad in any way for getting myself into difficulty. Their service put me back on control of my life and made me feel so much better for knowing my debts would be reduced in a convenient way for me. Recently, with the cost of living increase they contacted me for a review outside of my annual review date which was fantastic. My outgoings had increased by a third and they reassured me they would help, even refunding the difference of my last payment compared to my new payment amount so that I didn’t struggle for the rest of the month. Thank you Payplan, you’ve put me back in control and given me the option of life without a cloud of debt and worry hanging over me. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
