I still can't come to terms what exactly happened as nothing like this ever happened to me before. I took insurance with them Went over the phone with representative paid first instalment and set up direct debit so normally that's end of story... not in that case... Within a month and before actual direct debit due I received txt msg that I'm due cancellation fee !!!! Imagine my shock... Apparently I canceled ! Direct debit!!!!
