Understanding, supportive, non-judgemental

Anyone looking for debt management is not at a calm and peaceful time of their lives. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, understanding and just really sympathetic to how I'd got to where I was. Working with one person (James) meant that I could directly contact him about my case and any questions I had rather than going through to a call centre and having to explain things over and over. I was nervous and emotional, he was realistic and logical - and explained what would happen every step of the way, whatever decision was made. It was a very low point in my life, but a year later, I am still incredibly grateful to have been given my life back and the opportunity to have a second chance. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
