Non- judgemental help!

I was very nervous when I first contacted Payplan- embarrassed even. The advisor was friendly and kept things factual but without any sense of judgement. Any dealings I have had with the company since have been positive. This is either using the app, email or phone. It is very straightforward. I feel that I am making progress on my debt but that I still have a reasonable amount for living expenses. The yearly review is helpful and I can see that this year some adjustments will definitely be made due to the cost of living crisis. However, I have found that Payplan respond well at other times of hardship. When I changed my job and was waiting on my first wage, I was able to temporarily change my monthly payment. Payplan takes the burden off you and communicates with the companies owed. It is an important service that leaves you feeling reassured and more calm about money. Thank you Payplan !
