Now my only debt is one of gratitude

As I approach the end of my six-year IVA, I can appreciate now just how important my first call to PayPlan was. Being assigned the same Case Officer for the whole period gave me an anchor whenever I felt at sea. PayPlan offered me not only advice and guidance, but also patience, understanding and respect. I never ever felt judged. My annual reviews were always conducted efficiently, and with both care and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with seemingly insurmountable debts. My first call to Payplan, six years ago, was the first step in a process that has led away from fear and self-recrimination towards dignity and a positive future.
