I’m currently in a DMP. This was set up very quickly and has really helped as now I pay one monthly payment instead of 10 and no further interest has been added. I have paid off almost half of my debt now. I feel that the app could be more user friendly and led to me awarding less stars in the review. The app frequently locks me out and when trying to type a message to my debt advisor it does not allow this to be done easily on an iPhone and half of the time you can’t see what you are typing. I work long hours and have a stressful job. Like most I’m struggling with increased costs of living. I felt that more empathy could have been shown when I contacted to say I wasn’t able to make my monthly payment due to this instead of telling me I’ve broken my agreement and need to fill out an income and expenditure form ASAP which is difficult after working 12 hours days.
