Stress-less mind

Was given payplans details by a friend. Payplan took a lot of stress and worry from me regarding finances. The team are always nice and supportive when contacting them. A lot is via email especially during and since covid-19. This is a option I prefer as my anxiety spikes on the phone but they know about it and I know if I don’t understand something then I’ll ask for explanations. Which the team at payplan are happy to do Some things weren’t clear which I have only just come to realise when I have spoke to a company I have finances with and this has put me in a difficult position. Feel maybe a initial in person meeting would be helpful to discuss and explain everything , it’s scary receiving legal documents when you’re not quite offay with legal terminology, maybe annual statements to see how repayments are working would be good too.
