Helpful and understanding staff

I was making myself ill with stress and worry about the situation I had gotten myself into with debt and didn't know which way to turn. Then I was advised to contact Payplan I was extremely embarrassed and found it difficult to talk about but the staff there were amazing, completely non judgemental and so helpful and they have continued to be so, throughout the years of my plan.
