Very professional with a lot of empathy

I was undergoing a serious depression due to demand letters from my creditors. I couldn’t eat or sleep. After phoning Payplan they took my big burden by advising me they will walk this journey with me till am credit free. This is my 4th year and they v been supportive and patient during Covid and also they v severally phoned me whenever l v forgotten to do my yearly expenditure. This is very encouraging cos we could easily forget. They always keep in touch to find out if everything is okay. Help is at their fingertips and l wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for this award.
