A Second Chance

PayPlan have given me a second go at life, in my opinion. PayPlan know me, and know a huge part of my everyday is faced with anxiety. It's something I've had to deal with since I was young and still do to this day. A major part of my reaching out for help was always my mental flaw with anxiety, PayPlan made this obsolete when I called them. To have members of staff who know and sympathise with this and move the the process along at a pace that suites was vital. Allowing me to open up and treat me accordingly showed the training and standards the company follow and share. For a lot of people seeking an IVA or DMP it's a case of, "how cheap can I get the payments"?For me, it was different. It was a case of, "will I have the support and understanding I need to see this out and make a positive change in my life"? PayPlan answered that for me. They have given me a new lease on life and brought the smile back my personality what I once had. I can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
