Been with Payplan for many years , they are really helpful know there stuff. Don't hassle you and make sure you can afford the payment. During lockdown I had to reduce my payment as my partner had stopped working , then when I could afford it again I increased it. Debt can just happen I was made redundant 12 years ago then I realised I was having a baby , my mum got ill and I had to be fulltime carer.. Life happens and it's good to have companies like Payplan who can act on your behalf in a time of need. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
