Absolutely amazing

When I initially made contact with payplan I was undergoing a mental health crisis and a number of health professionals had raised their concerns. Payplan were so amazing and so, so supportive. They kept in contact throughout, regularly gave me updates and their patience when I kept breaking down sobbing was outstanding. So non- judgmental. At no.point did they make me feel like a failure, in truth they commended me so many times for addressing my debt issues and that gave my so much strength to continue with a positive outlook. Without them I may not have been here today, no.lie. When I can I take extra work to pay back my loans and payplan have been extra careful with me I think to maintain my mental health so I don't regress. They're absolutely amazing , saved my life. I have no hesitation in recommending them for this award. Like I said outstanding. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
