Fantastic service

I received a completed questionnaire for a customer at 9:40 on a Thursday evening asking for cover to be in place for the following day. Great I thought, remembering an email I'd received earlier that day from a different company which said "As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, our team will aim to respond to your email within 72 hours". Anyway, completed proposal submitted, underwriting questions raised and answered. Quote received, reviewed with customer and placed on cover. Documents received. All done before 1pm on Friday.
