Always helpful and reassuring during a difficult time

I have been very impressed with PayPlan. I am over half way through my IVA which is getting more challenging by the day, but staff have always been supportive and flexible along the way. The only thing I would improve is more continuity, as advisors seem to move on frequently and it would be nice to be informed in advance. Not a deal breaker though. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
