Review of the First Response Finance, Car finance:

Quick and friendly!

We were declined for finance (we don’t have a great credit score but by all means definitely not the worst) and as a last resort turned to First Response Finance. The application was very straight forward with verifications efficiently checked and approved - it was very helpful to use the bank approval access to confirm all earnings also. We noticed a small error in our pre-contract agreement (our error, not theirs) and requested a call back. They called at the specified time, very very friendly and didn’t make us feel silly for our mistake and had our problem sorted within a matter of minutes. Once we found our perfect car, we added the details of dealership, registration etc to our account and we had barely even left the forecourt and First Response had already sent documents over and got the ball rolling. Such a smooth process from start to finish and I will tell everyone I know about them, we will definitely use them for any vehicle purchases in the future. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
