Reliable and fair

I have been a customer of first response on numerous occasions over the last 15 years+ with gaps in service, dependable when needed, reward good customers with lower interest rates for those who keep up with payments, fortunately I have never had issues with payments but this is the sort of firm who I can imagine will be genuinely understanding.
