When I took out car finance with First it was in lockdown. The lady that dealt with my case was working from home and rather than speaking to someone in a call centre, it was more like chatting to a friend and talked me through the process with her child in the background trying to join in what was a fun, friendly and enjoyable experience. I will use them again when my finance ends. I was dealt with by humans rather than it being a robotic experience. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022
