I had a slight issue with my delivery address for my credit card but customer service really went above and beyond and helped me get my card to my new address. The app is effortless to use never had a problem with zopa. Great work guys. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Fantastic finance company.

First off they were very straightforward and explained everything to me. Very friendly to talk to about any problems. Scottish based call centre so you always have someone you understand to talk to. Message alerts about date changes ahead of time. I will definitely use this car finance company again I've had a brilliant experience with them. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022
