We had used Holidaysafe for several years for long trips to USA to visit family but when pandemic struck we thought we might lose our premium having paid for a trip commencing March 2020. However, thanks to their kindness, I managed to get a full refund and will certainly use them again as soon as I can travel again. Their rates have always been market leaders especially extended stays and for those with pre-existing medical conditions. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
