Review of the First Response Finance, Car finance:

An overall brilliant company

I have used first response twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with how they handle customer service and making sure it is right for you. An example; I had a car accident last year had a pay out paid the finance off my vehicle. Before they accepted me for another finance they made sure that it was safe for me to drive by asking for evidence from a gp (depending on the situation). Once I was all cleared to drive they made sure that before I took our finance it was affordable for me to do so. A brilliant company where the customer comes first!! Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
