Best thing I ever did

I have been with payplan for over 5 years , I came to them desperate, and at the end of my tether, they went through my finances and my options and were very very supportive to me . I'll be for ever grateful to them for all the help and support. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Took the stress out of life

My partner had a stroke and a brain haemorragh and was unable to work , we got into debt and I was working full time and paying all the bills on my own . We got into debt whilst trying to fight for the benefits and I soon realised I was out of my depth, I called payplan they were kind, understanding and reassuring, they put a plan together for me and I can see light at the end of the tunel, they took the stress out of a very stressful situation and this allowed me to carry on working and look after my partner, the staff are always at hand , they are helpful and knowledgeable.
