Great service

Fortunately I have not had to make a claim but in every other respect their service is second to none. They actually answer the phone within a reasonable time and their agents are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I wish all insurance companies could be like that. Great Service

Thankfully I haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on that aspect of their service. However, I have experienced efficient and helpful service when renewing policy or making changes. Phone is answered promptly and renewal quotes have so far been very competitive. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
