Caravan Guard - More than just insurance

I have been with Caravan Guard for years, they are honest, reliable and helpful. They will call a few days before the policy expires to confirm whether you still want to insure with them or not and to make sure your happy with everything and so that the policy doesn't lapse. They are patient, for example if I can't pay the premium straight away, it's not a problem as they will wait until I can, they don't pressurise their customers. Caravan Guard offer a range of insurance cover and payment plans. They are very friendly and helpful and have time for their customers. Their renewal price will be hard to beat in my opinion too. I made a claim once before with Caravan Guard and the experience of making a claim was positive, straightforward and without problems. I love reading their e-magazine which they send regularly, it has lots of tips and advice as well as competitions and reviews. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
