Extremely unprofessional and slow in dealing with claims

By far the slowest insurance that I have ever dealt with. Started off positive when they contacted me on behalf of their client who was at fault, but it has gone downhill from there. They do not respond to emails or calls and their contracted mechanics don't bother making any effort or calling me to collect my car that has been standing in the road, heading for almost 4 weeks.
