Excellent customer service always.

My call was answered almost immediately, the call handler was friendly and her knowledge of campervans and motorhomes comprehensive. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt valued as a customer. The Insurance policy was a little too comprehensive including products such as legal cover that I did not really want however the overall price was still competitive. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

Great Customer Service

Initially purchased a Campervan and the quote was both fast and competitive, but didn't get on with the limited space of the van so purchased a caravan instead. The switch went without fuss, again competitively priced and the service was great. I have already recommended to a friend and they have taken out a policy too. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
