Strongly recommended, always courteous and efficient.

I've been with caravan Guard for over 20 years and have never had cause for concern or complaint. My major contact due to major damage to my caravan due to storm damage; it was dealt with efficiently, quickly, with understanding and assistance. All contact since has been of routine nature and always courteous, efficient and helpful. Always competitive qoutations and renewals. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Always satisfied all that is required of an insurance company.

I have insured my caravans with Caravan Guard for many years and have always been delighted with the service they provide. Annual review and renewal is made pleasant by professional, courteous staff. Telephone queries always dealt with in similar manners. On the one occasion that it was necessary to make a claim; the company representative dealt with a difficult an stressful situation with sympathy, understanding and professionalism. Superb response to an emergency, great service always.

I have insured my caravans with Caravan Guard for in excess of 17 years and have found them, unfailingly, helpful and friendly to deal with. On the only occasion when I have needed to claim they remained true to form helpful, constructive and fully deserving of my loyalty. Strongly recommend this company to anyone, unreservedly.
