Too many mistakes

I've experienced far too many errors with Halifax. When issues have been highlighted they are slow to take ownership and/or rectify. This is very much to the detriment of their customers and feels like they value their customers in name only. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018

Transparent, no nonsense and professional provider.

I've had a very positive experience with Zopa to date. From the start everything has been clear with Zopa. From the website information, to the application and approval proceess and finally with the current repayment updates. I very much like the way Zopa do business and interact with me as an individual.
