When taking out a loan with Zopa I was SO impressed with how quick and easy the process was. The rates were exceptionally competitive and everything was very clear - no hidden down sides. I got a very quick decision with terms that fully suited my needs. I also love the flexibility of these providers and how they make you feel that the customer has full control.
