Another bad experience after canceling

I needed insurance straight away as I needed to give 3 clear working days to the company before they would release vehicle. Got a quote £200 pound at least more than any of the companies on line we were advised to call the call centre the next day I couldn’t afford to wait as needed a policy straight away I needed the van and it had already been delayed 3 months I couldn’t afford the risk of waiting longer again I purchased a policy on line in order to get my van Never once was I told I’d have to pay an extortionate amount to cancel Had the quote been slightly more or available to do instantly I would of gone with it But I couldn’t afford to wait Online chat today Natasha K said Well you never told us you needed it straight away? Well you never asked? You never advised cancellation fees And you were patronising I won’t be using you again for van insurance Customer service is good but retention service is rubbish Reviewed on: 30th July 2022
