Application process ok but difficult to contact

I applied for a loan via credit score website, the application was easy ish but not very clear and my whilst the loan was paid my account is still not showing any information and finding it virtually impossible to make contact to update my details. Overall frustrating process. Reviewed on: 30th July 2022
