It keeps me on track

I love the budget analysis tool, it helps me to see where my money goes and make little adjustments. It’s even better now that you can move items to different categories. I also think the report your rent feature is great for tenants without mortgages. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

A wise friend in troubled times

The call handler took time to review my case in detail to create a plan that was perfect for me. It’s great making one, affordable monthly payment and knowing that my debt is being well managed. Triumph After Adversity

There are times in life when everything comes crashing down on you. I suspect that the cost of living crisis has made many people feel like that. I asked StepChange for help when I was at my lowest point. They picked me back up, worked out the best options for my circumstances and helped me to agree a plan with my debtors.
