Exactly What I Need

I recently moved to London and purchased a fancy gravel bike to use for both my commute and for weekend gravel adventures. We all know how riding in London can be with traffic and buses and inattentive drivers and other cyclists, and the high risk of bicycle theft, so I wanted insurance right away to cover both myself and my bicycle. I did some research and Laka was a name I saw pop up again and again. I did some further comparison research to other providers and was happier with Laka’s quotes, as well as the whole online experience with Laka’s website – I don’t know how they did it, but that website functions exactly as it should; exactly how I would want it to function. Their terms, conditions, and policies are clear, concise, and easily accessible. This made it very easy to actually see what I am paying for. In fact, transparency is what they excel at in regards to information, communication, and where my money is going. The icing on the cake? The coffee discount code. I buy coffee anyways, so to have that as a little bonus was unexpected and instantly used. Overall, Laka is exactly what I was looking for, and happy to find. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
